Misagh Farivaran is a private joint-stock company in the field of holding domestic and foreign exhibitions. The articles of association of Misagh Farivaran Company were registered on 10/05/2008 at the Amol City Real Estate and Documents Registration Office, and on 02/06/2008, the announcement of the establishment of this company was published for public information in official newspapers. In order to realize a knowledge-based and technology-oriented economy and complete the idea-to-market chain, a financial institution called the Innovation and Prosperity Fund was established in late 2012. Since 2018, Misagh Farivaran Company has been promoting its activities with the aim of developing international trade and facilitating the presence of Iranian companies in global markets.
